Every person or company has their own unique way of presenting themselves with business cards. A great feature with designing and printing business cards is that there are no set templates. This gives you the power and flexibility to design and print the business card you want.

These cards can be printed on either a 350gsm or 400gsm artboard with your choice of a matt or gloss celloglaze (a thin film laminate) on both sides. ENVELOPE PRINTING

Size

First of all, envelopes come in various sizes. They range from DL, DLX, C4, C5, C6, B series and more. Furthermore, when selecting the envelope size, carefully consider the finished size of what the document will be. This may sound like common sense but it catches a lot of people out by surprise.

If special-made envelopes are required to cater for your custom size, Print Concierge can help as we print envelopes in any shapes and sizes.

Security

Another important factor to consider before printing envelopes is whether a security feature is required. Security envelopes are envelopes printed with a chequered pattern on the inside. This is to prevent information from being easily exposed on the outside of the envelope to unintended recipients. This is especially important when sending cheques or other sensitive documentations. In this case, Print Concierge would therefore  advise in choosing a secretive envelope. On the other hand, if a security feature is not required, simply request a non-secretive envelope.

Sealing Option

Once a decision has been made about the security of the envelope, the final decision to consider how you would like the envelope to be sealed. Envelopes are usually manufactured in 3 different type of seals. They are either in a strip seal, self seal or in a lick and seal. To make your decision easier, all sealing options cost the same. It is just a question of how you prefer the envelope to be sealed and which sealing option is convenient during the usage or application.

Key Considerations

Below are some questions and features to consider when deciding on the style and type of presentation folder you want:

• How many pockets do I need? One side or both?
• Do I need a slot for a business card holder? If yes, on which pocket?
• Do I need a gusset in-case I have too many materials? If so, how high is the gusset?
• Do I need a laminate on the outside of the folder to give it extra protection? If so, matt or gloss?

CARBONLESS BOOK PRINTING

Various Sizes (Ideal of Receipt & Invoice Books)

Print Concierge can print your carbonless books in various standard sizes (DL, A6, A4, A5 and A3). We can also print in custom sizes and print using custom front covers for that added branding.

Sets

The carbonless books can be printed in either duplicate (2 sheets per set), triplicate (3 sheets per set) or quadruplicate (4 sheets per set). Each set is usually printed using a common image or artwork. If you require different artwork to be printed on each separate set, Print Concierge can cater for that as well.

Finishing

All books are quarter-bound with a colour crocodile board and tape, plus a wrap cover. Carbonless books can be printed 1 sided, 2 sided, or a combination of both. Our customers have the choice of printing in black only, spot colours or in full colour (CMYK). We will even let you select the colour of the crocodile board and tape!
